When you create and use an account, the service may process your username, email address, WordPress account identifiers, subscription/access status and expiry, payment order reference and verification status, theory completion, bookmarks, study notes, practice and mock-exam attempts, scores, timing and topic/syllabus performance information.
PayNow payments are completed in your own banking application. UAPL Mock Coach does not ask you to enter online-banking passwords, PINs or one-time passwords. Manual payment records may include the information reasonably necessary to match a payment to an order and activate access.

Information is used to create and secure student accounts, provide and administer course access, preserve learning progress, display results and weak-topic analytics, verify subscriptions and payments, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain the service.

Deleting an account may remove student-learning records from the plugin, but information may remain temporarily in backups or records that must legitimately be retained.
