1. Service
UAPL Mock Coach is an independently produced online study and practice service operated by Linwidi Trading for candidates preparing for Singapore's Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence theory examination.
2. Independent status
UAPL Mock Coach is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). References to CAAS, UAPL, legislation, advisory circulars and syllabus outcomes are for identification and educational reference.
3. Practice material
The theory notes, 500-question practice bank and mock examinations are independently prepared study material. Practice questions are not official CAAS examination questions and must not be represented as actual, leaked, recalled or reproduced examination content.
4. No guarantee
Course completion, practice results and mock scores do not guarantee an official examination pass, practical-assessment result, licence issue, permit approval, employment outcome or safe/legal UA operation. A 75% score shown by the service is a practice benchmark aligned to the current official theory-test passing mark, not an official CAAS result.
5. Official information takes precedence
Regulations, restrictions and guidance can change. Students must verify current CAAS requirements, Singapore legislation, OneMap information, permits and other applicable permissions. If course material conflicts with an official source, the official source takes precedence.
6. Accounts and access
A subscription provides personal, time-limited access for the period shown at purchase. Accounts are intended for the registered student and should not be shared, resold or used to provide access to other persons. Linwidi Trading may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse, unauthorised sharing or material breach of these terms.
7. Payment and renewal
The initial PayNow setup uses manual payment verification. Access begins after payment is verified and activated. The current plan does not automatically renew or automatically charge the student. A further access period requires a new renewal/payment unless the website expressly states otherwise.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Course text, independently authored questions, explanations, software presentation and original learning content may not be copied, scraped, republished, sold, distributed or used to create a competing question bank or service without permission, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. Normal personal study use is permitted.
9. Availability and changes
The service may be maintained, corrected, updated or temporarily unavailable. Course content and features may be changed to improve accuracy, security or learning quality. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve active student access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
10. Responsible use
The service is educational. Students remain responsible for lawful and safe UA operation, flight planning, competency, equipment condition, permissions and compliance with current requirements.
11. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
12. Contact and applicable rights
Questions about the service should be directed to Linwidi Trading through the contact details published on the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
